Rental Application Process
Step 1 - Fill Out the Rental Application
Option 1 - Print And Fill Out Form
Print out the .pdf file in the link below and fax it or bring it in to our office at the address listed on the "Contact Us" menu item at the left of this page.
Option 2: Fill Out On-Line Form
Click on the button below and you will be directed to our online form which will be securely transmitted to our office
Step 2: Pay Application Fee
The application fee is $20 per application. There is no additional fee for a co-applicant. You can pay the application fee at our office, or pay by check on-line by clicking on the button below. If you have not used our On-Line Payment System before, you will need to take just a few moments to register in order to use it the first time.
Step 3: Wait for Approval
We will approve your application within 24 hours of receiving
your application. If you have not heard back from us within 1
day, please call us and check on the status of your application.
